Inwood Holdings, LLC. was founded in 2006 by Porter Lummus to source multi-family property transactions for placement in the private equity market.  Based in Atlanta, the company focuses on primary and secondary markets in Georgia and its bordering states. 

Target properties are usually 5 – 15 years old.  Post-closing, Inwood Holdings, LLC employs a core-plus execution strategy which includes the installation of value-adding improvements and moderate leverage (50-75% LTV).  Properties are typically held for
5 – 7 years

Transactions are funded through joint venture relationships with institutional partners.  These partners share our goal of balancing investment benefits between quarterly cash distributions and the realization of a capital gain at the time of reversion.
